The Garden Cottage
The Garden Cottage has been completely renovated in 2020. The 2 bedroom Cottage, which makes up part of the original Stable Block has its own private parking and south facing garden backing onto the woods and the walled garden.
Every touch point here has been considered to make your stay a luxury one. Velvet sofas, Egyptian cotton bed linen, treats for when you arrive and bikes for you to explore.
This is a cottage for those wanting to escape life. We are completely surrounded by our own land so the only thing waking you up in the morning will be the bird song….
Prices start from £160/ night. We have a 3 night minimum stay policy.
Escape from it all on an ancient 400 acre estate.
You will be surrounded by nature at every turn. There are herds of wild Red Deer and a wonderful array of birdlife.
We also have a cow and some chickens for children to feed on request…

The world renowned Norfolk Broads are from 20 minutes away. The Cathedral City of Norwich is 10 minutes and the infamous Norfolk coast from 40 minutes.
We are also blessed with extensive walks and bike rides and some great local cuisine. We have 4 bikes available to use at your convenience.
